• Use the map to determine the number of cooling hours required where you live.
• Enter your electric rate. The national average is $.13 /kWh while rates in some areas such as southern California are much higher.
• For SEER input 70. This input is from the PG&E lab test report- remember, even at high speed OASys uses a total of less than 600 watts.
• Enter 3 ton comparison- cooling output will vary for both OASys and AC but lab testing uses a 3 ton AC for comparison.
• The OASys does have a programmable thermostat.

Residential cooling costs continue to increase- up over 12% in the last two years!
Switching from a 10 SEER AC unit to OASys will result in a reduction of over 100,000 pounds of Carbon Dioxide- the equivalent of taking 9 cars off the road for a year or planting 13 acres of forest.
Turning off a 13 SEER AC unit and relying on OASys will save over 75,000 lbs. CO2 or the yearly equivalent of 7 cars or 9 acres of forest.
